• Fees Schedule

Fees for permanent or contract placements are based on a percentage of the starting annual income for the hired candidate. The percentage can range form 20% to 30% depending on the level of the position. Guarantee periods are also determined by starting annual income and range from 90 days to 180 days commencing with the first day of employment. Fee schedules can be forwarded upon request.

• Retainer Option

The client has an option to retain our services exclusively. A maximum fee of 25% will be charged whereby a payment schedule will be as follows. 33% of the estimated fee will be due to activate and initiate the search. The remainder will be due upon completion of the search. The initial fee is non-refundable, but the client will have the option to break the engagement after 1 month, if their search strategy changes.

• Referral Policy

The client is obliged to pay a permanent placement fee for a candidate presented by our firm who is employed within 6 months of the referral date in any position in the client company, any of its divisions, subsidiaries or associated companies.
